The End is near...

yep, 2010 is almost over. Just 11 more day's and we are kicking in 2011 :D So what can u expect from us in the new year? Well we will definetelly continue to make this podcast because we enjoy doing it so much.

But for christmas robbin told me he is going to produce an extra special christmas episode featuring a lot of cool tracks and remixes so please keep it tuned for robbin's special christmas episode.

After that the next episode will be featured on the third of januari 2011 This will be my episode and to make this an extra special new years episode i will try to mix the highest possible number of songs into 60minutes. So we will see how that will work out. And of course ill give you all a full legit 100% accurate playlist :P Wich will be an awfull lot of work but HE! it's new years so we need to celebrate that in some sort of way :)

2011 will be an awsome year, we have grown with an amazing rate over the last year. We have only made 16podcasts so far wich means we have been working on it for (16/4) = 4 months. And to reach this number of subscribers and total downloads in only 4 months?! Robbin and most certainly me where not expecting such a big succes.

So keep it tuned because we are going to end 2010 and start 2011 WITH A BANG!

Special Episode 10 - By SlammingYourSpeakers

This is it!



One hour full of Slamming Sidney Samson! Because you all voted Sidney as THE favorite Dj/Producer in the Poll that I mention earlier. Sidney won with 35% of the votes and left even bigger names like David Guetta(25%) and Fedde le Grand(12%) far behind. I’ve brought together 26(!) tracks which contains 20 Sidney tracks or remixes.



I Think I did a pretty good job and it was quit hard for me to do so. Mixing is fun but I’m used to pick out randomly tracks that I like and not be bounded on 1 artist. So it was kinda nerve breaking in the beginning but it took shape very soon. I’m proud on this episode as I am on every episode I create because I’m a perfectionist in al I do. I will not take any rest before I know that I’ve pushed myself to the limit again en that I’m happy with the Episode that my man Pim wil put online for me.



I’m also proud on what we achieved so soon. Two and a half month further and we see some really nice results in subscribers and downloads. We can’t do this al alone and we need our solid base of subscribers to keep growing and keep getting better.

But not to forget. The House Definition Podcast wasn’t at the point it is now if Pim and I didn’t work so good together. Pim, *hugs*, we did a amazing job together. Thanks!

Long time no see?

it's been quite a long time since i posted a real note on this blog so here is my second official note :P


this few months where amazing for me and SyS. For example, episode 5 was online for only 29hours and we already saw the numbers growing to 700+ downloads.
.That's an amazing result because of the fact that this is just a fun hobby and not something we wanna make money with. Still, 700+ is just fantastic and did i mention that we have now had OVER 7000 downloads in total? Isn't that something? 7000 downloads. i have never dreamt it would be this big. Sure i thought that some people would download some tracks and probably enjoy them but 7000 in total ALREADY? no i did not see that one coming :P

Enough about the downloads let's talk about change. Funny word change we see it everywhere. It means so much yet so little. Anyway's we are gonna have a few changes around here asswell. For example: From now on we will also post mixes submitted by you. Offcourse not EVERY mix but just the ones of wich we think: This one is up for it! These "Special" episodes will not be available every monday but throughout the week. wich pretty much means every day BUT monday :P Wich does not mean everyday another mix XD but whenever we find one of wich we think yeah this one can do it. THIS ONE IS MIXMAFIA WORTHY :P

Me and SyS will still do your weekly dose of house beats that you can download every monday, so keep on doing that :D

Furthermore i just wanna tell you a little something about episode 10 ^^ This will be a very special episode made by SlammingYourSpeakers. Filled with 1 hour of YOUR favorite artist.
